Classes

We are currently concentrating on 2 courses: The introduction to handguns and the SC Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP). We have seen a need in many for basic training and information on handguns as well as the continuing need for concealed weapons permits. Other courses will be added as demand for them increases.

Instructors

We draw on the resources of a group of experienced instructors with a wide range of backgrounds and skills. We have ex-military, the area's only NRA Master Instructor (who trains instructors), and the National Junior Skeet champion. Not only are they skilled trainers, but most are also experienced competitors in various firearms areas, from tactical pistol, traditional sporting shotgun and combat shotgun, target and tactical high power rifle, to the new Three Gun Competition, which brings rifle, pistol, and shotgun together in mixed combat competition. Each of the trainers brings the skills and experiences from their backgrounds to their courses. The courses, in addition to being intensely educational and interesting, are all conducted in a safe, professional manner, suitable for all ages and genders. Comfort and Convenience

Allen Arms offers a comfortable, low-noise spectator area and lounge. There are also a variety of fine restaurants located in the area. We have a list available at the range for your convenience.
