Details:

This match consists of two competitors shooting at the same time to clear 5 bowling pins each off of their tables. Fastest wins. Each table is elevated to 3.5 feet, and is 4' by 8'. Pins are placed 1' back from the front edge on the 8' length, facing the shooter. There are barriers to prevent the pins from rolling off the sides. Shooters are 25' from the tables, loaded weapons at the ready, and begin to engage the targets on command. The first to knock all his pins off the table is the winner. A maximum time limit of 30 seconds will be in effect.

Standard safety rules will be enforced, with no exceptions:
-NO FIREARMS HANDLED UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED TO SHOOT
-KEEP YOUR MUZZLE POINTED DOWN RANGE AT ALL TIMES
-KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER EXCEPT WHEN ENGAGING A TARGET
THE MATCH DIRECTOR WILL ISSUE ALL COMMANDS TO LOAD, FIRE, AND CEASE FIRE.

Equipment:

Requires the use of a handgun of .38 Special/9mm Parabellum or larger. Any sighting system is allowed. Restrictions on ammo are the same as normal range rules, except there are no restrictions on ammo source. You may use range rentals. Back-up handguns are permitted, as is reloading. SCORING – The competition is double elimination. Shooters may compete until they have 2 losses, then they are eliminated. A shooter may 'buy back in', but only for a single elimination loss. Time is not kept or considered in the matches, only clearing the table faster than the opponent. Equipment problems are not alibied.

Range employees may compete, but not score.

Fees:

Entry fee is $10, which allows a shooter to compete until he has two runs losses.

A buy-in may be allowed at $5 each, allowing a shooter to compete again, but only until one loss.
